What we provide
RivalGround is a gaming competition platform for arranging free game competitions, finding opponents, declaring game editions and platforms, checking in, and reporting manually played results. Matching reports confirm results; genuine conflicts receive administrator review. Account pages and match evidence remain restricted.
EA Sports FC has a manual two-player score flow. COD Mobile is limited to preparation and private rehearsal; real-play acceptance is pending. We do not claim automated lobbies, game-account verification, live result retrieval, anti-cheat certification or automatic payouts. Live payments are disabled.
Email and contact
Contact the pilot operator at admin@rivalground.gg for access, support or removal requests. This address has verified receiving/forwarding.
Account verification and password-reset messages are triggered by a user’s own registration or recovery request. London SES production access has been verified approved. Account-verification and requested password-reset email are enabled, subject to feedback safety gates. Any later competition notifications require separate activation. We do not purchase lists or send unsolicited marketing.
Privacy information for this pilot
Registration records include account email, gamer tag, declared country and platform. Competition records include participants, schedules, check-in, reports and decisions. Declared country is distinct from optional, uncertain IP-derived country; it is not proof of cheating. Match evidence and location observations are restricted to participants and authorised reviewers where appropriate.
The website runs on AWS Lightsail; encrypted backups use private S3 storage. Outbound account email uses Amazon SES; operator receiving email uses ImprovMX forwarding. Optional Discord linking uses the existing integration. Lobby credentials, reports, evidence, disputes and location-check data are not automatically posted to Discord or included in email.
Coarse location observations are scheduled for removal after 30 days and private evidence after 90 days. Competition history and audit records remain for competition reliability; removal requests require operator review, including retained backup/history obligations. Passwords are hashed. Email feedback stores keyed recipient hashes for suppression, not message contents. Essential authentication/session cookies support account access; no analytics service is added for this pilot.
Participation guidance
Use your own account, accurately declare the edition/platform you play, accept only competitions you can attend, and report actual results in the displayed participant order. Do not upload another person’s private information. Contact the operator for a genuine no-show, connection issue or disputed score. No money is collected during this pilot.
